During this public experience you will get to float around the Xochimilco canals to enjoy the stunning views of the sun as it rises through the mist, canals and willows. Then we'll visit a chinampa and enjoy a very special veggie-fueled farm to table lunch cooked with the ingredients grown right at the spot by the hands of a different guest chef each month. Get to know a different side of this impressive UNESCO site, learn about an ancient farming system and of course enjoy incredible food. - This is great for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike -

Let's meet in Xochimilco
Just a quick 30 min Uber ride from Roma / Condesa area and you’ll be right at our private peer.
Boat ride
We’ll learn more about the amazing UNESCO heritage site while we float through boats, mist and watch the most stunning sights.
Chinampas (floating gardens)
We’ll visit a working chinampa where they grow different kinds of produce like foods and flowers and we’ll learn about the ancient faring method.
Farm to Table
We’ll be able to eat an amazing meal prepared by different guests made only with the produce that’s grown directly at the spot.
