REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

Are there any refunds?

By booking a tour with us, you’re agreeing that all sales are final. Due to the small and personal nature of our tours, we’re unable to provide refunds. However, if you’re unable to attend and notify us more than 24 hours in advance, we’d be happy to reschedule your tour to a future date that works for you.

In rare cases, for cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice, we can offer a partial refund of up to 75%, which helps cover administrative costs.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, we’re unable to offer a refund or rescheduling.

 

What is your policy for no-shows and tardiness?

We understand that things come up! If you’re running late, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you or let you know where you can join us if the tour has already started.

For group tours, if a guest is more than 15 minutes late, the tour will begin without them, and they’ll need to catch up with the guide, accepting any lost time. For private tours, tardiness beyond 20 minutes may result in cancellation without a refund or option to reschedule, though we do our best to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

If you’ve booked a group tour and happen to be the only guests, please note that the guide will wait up to 20 minutes in case of a no-show before cancelling the tour.
